Came here for shopping, recommendable. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a downtown area, just next door to the aquarium. The room of the property was top-notch and decent sized with high quality large TV, 2 mini bottles plus plenty of Tv channels. Ate at the casual restaurant for dinner.

Well, there was no shuttle.

Very central position of the venue, welcoming staff that are very customer service oriented. Lots of restaurants and nice restaurants in walking distance.

the breakfast was freshly cooked, with plenty of goodies. the room was neat and silent and what's more - included shower facilities and a bath. i stayed here for a thanksgiving and would go back in flash.

The property was incredibly beautiful with exceptional staff who appeared to be manager very accommodating and hard working. Marvellous and phenomenal location close to good restaurants, Lake Michigan, and Millenium Park and all Chicago tourist destinations, restaurants and entertainment venues were close to the hotel. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Lake Michigan.

The king room had coffee and an iron, facilities worked for us. Its location close to entertainment venues and eateries was marvellous.
